THE PROJECT
This is the beginning, not the finished line.
Roseberry Shrimp Co. began with an established planted 20-gallon colony and a curiosity about what patient selection could produce. The first selected group moved into a dedicated 10-gallon tank on July 4, 2026. This site records what happens next, including the progress, decisions and setbacks.
CURRENT SYSTEM
Two tanks. Two different jobs.
THE APPROACH
Care before color.
01
OBSERVE
Watch the colony over time before reacting to a single reading or individual shrimp.
02
SELECT
Choose for visible red coverage, body consistency and colored legs.
03
TRACK
Record water conditions, feeding, molts, losses and population changes.
04
DOCUMENT
Share the real process without presenting early results as a finished strain.
AVAILABILITY
Occasionally available, locally.
Selected shrimp are occasionally available for local pickup as the colony allows. Email or message @roseberryshrimp on Instagram for current availability. Local fish stores interested in quantity batches are welcome to reach out.
ABOUT
The project behind the camera.
